Stunning Makeovers service was really good, I was contacted several times and was able to have informal discussion as well as ask questions.
While overseas, even better, Paul contacted me regularly and I was able to text him to request he ring me at any time during my stay. I had no problems but we touched base almost daily anyway.
After I came home, Again Paul contacted me regularly I was a bit tired and not the best at communicating at this time. I felt that this was understood by Paul and he gave me the space I needed but kept in touch via text and email.
My Surgeon in Thailand also asked that I email him and let him know how things were going along with any questions or concerns I had. I felt this was a genuine outreach and really appreciated his readiness to follow up.
Never at any time did I feel like I was alone, uncared for or just another punter. I was given unfailing attention.
Dr. Pongaskorn was absolutely lovely, he discussed my perceptions and expectations, he was totally honest with what could and couldn’t be done and he put absolutely no pressure on me whatsoever to have the procedures I had originally signed up for, I decided against the tummy tuck at this time and he was not only understanding but also supportive of my decision. I really liked him.
Nursing staff, the girls were lovely, all smiley and kind, one even held my hand whilst I had eyelid surgery which was thoughtful as I was terrified.
Service, the cars to and from the hospital were prompt. The hospital was just state of the art, top of the line. Facilities were fabulous
I didn’t think it would take a month or more for my eyes to go back from being swollen. Now they are rested and back to normal.......
I would recommend Stunning Makeovers to others Without a doubt, In fact I would still like to have the tummy tuck at a later date.
The hotel was lovely, but in order to get a lovely room which was conducive to me relaxing, I felt it necessary to upgrade. It was well worth the extra spend.
