all spoke good English which was re-assuring and nothing was too much trouble
Can’t emphasize enough how professional, attentive and enthusiastic the hospital staff were. From start to finish they made the whole experience as comfortable and hassle free as possible.
The transfers team were fantastic in ensuring I was picked up on time for each appointment and driven back to hotel – the longest had to wait was 5 minutes - if that.
Dr Pongsakorn’s team were fantastic and all spoke good English which was re-assuring and nothing was too much trouble for them. Every time I came in for my appointment they knew straight away who I was and I never had to wait.
During the consultation/ checking in process before the surgery when having tests etc there was a staff member who was with me the whole time – I wasn’t left alone once. The ward staff were professional, well presented and always available.
Every four hours they diligently came in and checked my blood pressure, drip, made sure I was comfortable even during the middle of the night.
Dr Pongsakorn was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He always had time to answer questions and took great detail in what he was doing. I had an additional follow up appointment with him on the day I flew out (a Sunday) which he did of his own accord at no additional cost.
I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Pongsakorn, the hospital staff and the hospital itself. (the hospitral) Was incredibly clean and probably not what most people would expect from a hospital in Thailand. The room was larger than most hotels I’ve stayed in.
Definitely would return for more surgery, if in the future I needed something else done I would prefer to use Dr Pongsakorn over local surgeon.
Whilst we were there my Partner had his teeth fixed – so it’s a bit of a “one stop shop” and so much cheaper ........ A quote I had from a surgeon here was NZ$13,000 – we got a two week holiday, surgery, teeth for less then NZ$10,000. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending anybody go to Thailand.
