Dr. Pongsatorn is an adept, experienced plastic surgeon with interests in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree with first class honours from Songkla University, Thailand in 1993.
He continued his post-graduate general surgery training at the Department of Surgery in Songklanagarind University Thailand and his post-graduate plastic and reconstructive surgery training at the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand.
He is fully certified by the Thai Board of General Surgery and the Thai Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Pongsatorn is an active member of the Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons of Thailand and the Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons of Thailand along with other medical societies.
Before becoming a plastic surgeon at Bangkok Phuket Hospital, Dr. Pongsatorn worked as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon and medical teacher at Songklanagarind Medical School from 2000 to 2009.
He also worked as a consulting physician at Bangkok Hatyai Hospital and Rajyindee Hospital. He has performed more than 2000 successful cosmetic and reconstructive operations.
Dr. Pongsatorn’s surgical techniques are state-of-the-art. He is particularly interested in facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, and advanced body contouring surgery. The results of the micro surgeries that he has conducted are also widely admired.
